A quiet stay 2 minutes away from downtown Tulsa. NO cleaning fees! — Host cleans the property himself - please keep reading! Guests will have the entire space to themselves: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and living room! Host is an aspiring Animator and lives in the “mother in law suite” on the property - same building! The kitchen door divides the property with locks on both sides. The laundry room is on the “mother in law’s” side. Host parks in the back! Garage in construction! The space Guests will get to enjoy the entire space to themselves! GARAGE UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Please excuse the mess in the back of the house. The garage is currently being built for a better experience! This will not affect parking nor will it affect the quality of the stay inside! FLOORING: As this is an older home, there is a slight floor dip in the middle of the living room under the rug. It has been professionally reinforced and is structurally safe, though you may notice minor flex in that spot while it gets permanently leveled! PARKING: Please no driveway parking. Please do NOT BLOCK driveway: Host uses driveway to park in the back of the house. Parking is RESTRICTED to the front of the house. 2 Cars maximum can park in front of house. CHECK OUT: Check out as if you were to check out of a hotel: no washing the dishes, or removing the bedsheets!! Guest access Laundry accommodations are provided, just message host when ready! Feel free to let your pets stretch their paws in the yard on the east side of the house — see picture! And do not worry about your pets Little gifts to earth outside of the house, those will be picked up! Other things to note You can also enjoy burning any plant-based stimulants outside the space. (Please DO NOT PREP or bring inside.) Any otherwise occurrence will be associated with an immediate active vacation of the property and a fee! NEIGHBORHOOD: Not a fancy Neighbourhood, but houses are getting renovated and It is quiet and safe! No parties! Unfortunately, due to liability reasons from recent parties, the space does not support any parties/gathering of any kind. All guests need to be listed on the reservation. Any otherwise occurrence will be associated with an immediate active vacation of the property and a fee! A Ring front door camera and 3 Ring cameras in the back of the property live record to ensure a safe stay! PLEASE READ: Host does live on property: the laundry room and his water faucet are behind the kitchen door. The only noises will come from kitchen wares, water running, and the accidental toe hitting a corner haha!
