The space This one level brick home has: Queen sized bed in 1st bedroom with attached bath, Queen sized bed in 2nd bedroom, Full sized bed in 3rd bedroom. Sofa Bed in Sunroom and Large Comfy Couch along with 55” Flat screen TV with Roku streaming in living room. Continuous Wifi /Desk/Work Space and Sunroom with splendid Gas Fireplace. There are 2 full baths and a fully stocked kitchen as well as a convenient laundry area. Outside there is a flat and spacious front yard and a fenced rear courtyard with extensive decking and places to gather and eat. The house has a 2 car garage in the rear that is utilized by the owner and not available or accessible to guests. This house is marvelous and you will love your stay ! If your bringing your furry friend there will be an additional non refundable $65 pet cleaning fee added. PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July/ Memorial and Labor Day holidays will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested thru an alteration request prior to your arrival and is in addition to initial reservation cost. We add this fee rather than altering our holiday costs. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy with the exception of the 2 car garage at the rear of the property. This is used by the owners for storage. Parking and house access is NOT allowed thru the back in the alley -IF YOU disregard this and PARK THERE you will be assessed a daily $50 fee. PLEASE ENJOY THE FREE PARKING ON THE STREET Other things to note This home I located in a very lovely and quiet part of town - Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the QUIET HOURS: 10pm to 7am Just a few requests for guests traveling with pets… Pet Cleaning Fee & Policy Pet Cleaning $65 fee ( up to two dogs ‘max) Payment of this fee indicates that you acknowledge and agree to follow the following PET POLICY: . Pets are not to be left in the apartment or house at any time alone unless crated and content. We have neighbors and other Airbnb’s in or close to this property and to ensure that other guests will enjoy their stay we cannot have them disturbed by the noise of your pet missing you or repetitive barking. We lease the property with the right to sublet so do not own the property so we need to be careful that properties and furnishings are not damaged. Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture.
