Access requires walking up two flights of stairs, as there is no elevator available. - Cooling: Like most homes in Mammoth, this condo does not have central air conditioning. For the few warm days of the year, a portable air conditioner is provided for your comfort. - We are located on the second floor so you will need to head up stairs in order to access our unit. There is unfortunately no elevator - There's one dedicated parking spot in the parking garage, #38. There are numerous un-numbered spots in each garage and outside of each building that are "first come, first serve" that you may use as well. Please keep it to two vehicles. - There is a parking garage but keep in mind depending on your vehicle if you haver a roof rack or a large vehicle you might not fit due to limited height of 6’6”.
