The space This listing is our home and we live here when it is not booked. We expect all guest to respect it and treat it well. We also expect that the home to be left in the exact condition we left it for you except for routine cleaning and sanitizing. We raised our family here and this is where all their friends came every weekend. 40 minutes to DFW airport, 7 miles to historic downtown McKinney, 5 minutes from fishing. Family friendly, very close-knit neighborhood. We have 4 locked closets and a cabinet, please respect that. Guest access Guest have access to all areas of the home except garage, 2 cabinets in the kitchen, master closet, one closet in bedroom #2 and one closet in the hallway. Those areas are locked and labeled. Other things to note 1000 ft. covered patio, 2 fire features, hammock, 2 hanging chairs, 1 hanging swing and couch seating for 6. Living in the country has some unique opportunities. Note: we professionally use pest control but it is not uncommon to see ants, spiders, geckos, random rodents, snakes, lots of frogs and continually fight poison ivy. We have black soil that continually moves with moisture fluctuations. if you are here and we get more than 2 inches of rain in a day you will see standing water. we have 2 sprinkler heads on back of property attached to our septic system, do not play in them, it's treated water but we dont let our kids play in them.
