Our Cozy Bay View Bungalow Getaway

Our relaxing, clean, fully equipped Bay View bungalow delivers a perfect getaway. We are equipped with 1g wifi, 4K smart TV, dimmers, and a washer/dryer. Tastefully decorated, uncomplicated, and comfortable. There are cozy coffee shops, restaurants, and local bars just a few blocks from the house. The Bay View Dog Park is one block away. We have parking for two cars. We follow an Enhanced Cleaning Protocol, and are 100% smoke free without exception. The space Our home features two full bedrooms, with the option to convert the office into a third. Originally built in the 1890s, this charming bungalow has been thoughtfully updated with modern conveniences, including a new HVAC system, smart lighting, heating, and TV, and can comfortably accommodates up to five guests (though we think four is the sweet spot.) We've filled our space with some of our favorite Milwaukee finds, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere; we hope you feel as at home here as we do. Be sure to check out our reviews! For those traveling with dogs, we welcome pets on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet fee. Please review our pet policy below for more details. Guest access You'll have full access to the house and property. We provide two dedicated parking spaces in the alley driveway behind the house. The basement has been converted into a laundry room; just a heads-up, it’s still over 100 years old :). But rest assured, we’ve outfitted it with brand-new appliances and complimentary supplies for your convenience. Other things to note Please read the following rules before booking a stay with us: Strict No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property—inside or outside. If any smoking-related evidence (such as odor or paraphernalia) is detected by cameras, neighbors, or cleaners, a $450 fee will be applied, and your reservation will be terminated without refund. We are very strict about this rule. = = = = = = = Guest Limit Enforcement: The number of guests at the property must not exceed what is stated on your reservation at ANY time, unless explicitly approved in advance. = = = = = = = Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect: Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 9 PM.
