The space Our cottage has been recently upgraded with a brand new kitchen, new flooring, a completely remodeled bathroom, updated appliances, outdoor shower, and full house A/C. Completely furnished with amenities including all dishware/silverware/cookware, washer, dryer, full size BBQ grill, 2 TVs, dishwasher and more. Guest access to the storage shed for beach gear (chairs, buggy, umbrella provided) and room for bikes if you choose to bring them along . Driveway parking for 2 cars. Coffee maker, Keurig, microwave and toaster oven are available in the kitchen. Although it’s a cozy house, we have made great use of the space. We have an air conditioned back room with a tv and a door that separates the room from the rest of the house. It’s perfect for late night tv watching or an office by day as it can be private from the rest of the house. The table in the kitchen can seat 3, kitchen island seats 4, and outside table seats 8. All of the rooms have hooks for hanging clothing and storage in drawers under the beds. The master also has a small bureau for added clothes storage. Inside and outside showers are perfect for cleaning off after a long beach day! Ice cream, pizza, sandwich shops and more all within a few minutes walk. Weekly rentals are typically Saturday to Saturday from late June through August (week stay minimum). Linens (sheets, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, blankets) are provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels. Plenty of puzzles and games provided. Guest access This is an entire house for rent.
