This home is the perfect spot to relax and have a blast with your Guests, enjoying some fun games of Air Hockey, Foosball & Mini Basket-ball in the comfort of your vacation residence… or extend your fun after a full day theme park visit, golfing or shopping. Just kick back and enjoy your own private oasis! The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen. You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in our gas BBQ grill (optional service). On the second floor you'll find a loft for the whole family to watch a movie, catch a game or just chill! All 5 bedrooms have independent bathrooms feature a flat screen TV. The property has central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi and, cable TV. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance. GRILL / BBQ Use: $95 with 1st propane full tank provided. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door. GARAGE: There is no garage parking available. Driveway parking is allowed as well as designated parking spots, inside gated community. Check in: 4 pm. Check out: 10 am. Self check-in made via electronic keylock / keypad. Entire house is available for Guest use. WW8920 PRAGUE Size: 240 m2. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house for themselves.
