One friendly dog and two adorable cats on site. The space The room, half bath, and entrance are all private. The house has central heat and air but a digital thermostat controlled window AC and wall heater available in the appropriate seasons to tune in your exact temperature preferences. A shared updated kitchen with all the cooking implements needed, an open living room and dining area, and a full bathroom complete the space. The private entrance comes through a private covered patio which looks over a spacious backyard with a fire pit. Guest access Guess access to private parking with a short private path to the back covered private patio and personal entrance with coded electronic lock, a 3/4 acre yard with fire pit, and hammock in the summer. Living areas include electric kettle and French press, crockpot, food processor and other specialized cooking appliances; games, puzzles, and cards; and a grand piano and acoustic guitar for those who enjoy a musical creative outlet. Laundry access available for an additional fee. During your stay I understand privacy and may not even meet guests who are often able to use the shared areas as if they were for their own private use while I am out. Even though I am not always around, I am always reachable for questions and would love to give suggestions or help with any questions about the home. Other things to note I want you to feel at home, use my things, look through my cabinets, enjoy your stay. I offer availability when my kids are not home and I am at work a lot so my home is ready to be used and appreciated. There is a dog and two playful kittens in the shared areas. They all love guests if you would like to visit with them while you are here.
