The room belongs to a single house which is located in the heart of Little Saigon, CA. It is 5minuets walking distance to the Asian supermarket, bus stop, and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Angel Stadium, John Wayne airport, Huntington Beach. Looking for monthly single/ male prefer as guest will share the bathroom with another male guest There is no kitchen and laundry access There are mini fridge and microwave on the room The space This is a brand new renovated studio which has new paint, all new tiles flooring, brand new bathroom, mini kitchenette which added more convenient for longer stay The room has a queen bed, and mattress, brand new mini split AC unit, TV, mini fridge and microwave There are some cooking utensils, we do not provide cooking ingredients The house is located on the corner lot, has gate entrance which added more safety Guest access Guests have access to the room and the bathroom During your stay You might not see us around much since we live in the other side of the house and have our own entrance. However, we are available to help through chat or phone call with any issues might occur 24/7. Other things to note If you need to check out late, please let us know ahead of time to see what we can do, otherwise we will charge $10 for each hour late. The water system of this city is a little different with other cities. Therefore, sometimes you might experience a weird color water which is brown yellow. We already filed a complain to the city water service, but they said there is nothing they can do. It is barely happen, but just in case that happen, please don’t freak out, all you need to do is letting the water run for awhile until it gets back to normal. This is barely happen but I just want you to be aware of the situation so you don’t freak out.
