We are within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, night life and the marina. We are about a mile drive or walk to the beach. We are very close to the ferry. This unit is 900 sq. ft. with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath and sleeps 6 comfortably. Strict No Pet Policy. We have cable and wifi. There is a fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Full bath with shower/ tub combo and twin sinks. Enclosed utility room with full size washer and dryer. Back deck and front deck for your viewing of sunrise and sunset. We have a pool that can be heated in the winter for a daily fee. This is a one bedroom private unit You have access to the pool and pool bath. The grill and picnic area in the back yard and under the house. There is plenty of parking under and out front of the house. We own and live on the premises and rent out two units. So we are available for your questions. We are in town and close to the ferry, beach, restaurants, marina and shopping! Golf carts, bikes, cars....there is even a local bus. Must be at least 25 yrs old to rent. No glassware at the pool. We provide plastic dishware for the pool area for your convenience. Smoking allowed outdoors only. No grilling on the front or back deck. You can grill downstairs on the charcoal or gas grill. NO PETS
