This unit is self check in/out by door code with a back up key box if needed. Other things to note Bay County requires a 5% Transient Resident Tax that is collected from the renter. The City of Panama City Beach requires a 1% city tax that is also collected from the renter. This is the additional 6% reflected in the nightly rate along with the Florida state taxes collected.
