Meaning Alabama Power does fluctuate the water in the winter months. Logan Martin is Full Pool between May 1st and Sept 1st. They begin to let the water down after September 1st and the lake reaches winter pool by mid to late October. They start raising the lake back to summer pool, around mid April and reaches full pool by May 1st.
