Luxurious touches include memory foam queen mattress, endless hot water shower, ultra soft chenille cushions, and super fast internet. No other tiny house even comes close. Experience its magic. The space This tiny house is a work of art. It is also supremely comfortable, as I lived in it for several years before offering it on AirBnB, and have included pretty much everything you might need for a stay of any length. I designed and built it from the ground up. Everything from the one of a kind stained glass windows, to the glittering copper penny tiled bathroom, to the custom lighting and huge wooden arches that form the ceiling, was handmade by me, your artist-builder-host. The tiny house lives in a secret garden courtyard behind a tall fence on a quiet street. You can relax under the fruit trees and enjoy a meal outside on the deck. It is truly an enchanting space, as you will notice the colored light beaming though the many windows as you sip your morning beverage, and take in the peace and birdsong of the lush garden. The built in couch creates a cozy reading nook for two, and the lighting design gives you many options for spot or mood lighting. You can play your music while you cook and dim the lights when it's time to eat. If you want to explore, it's an easy walk to public transit, and you will find plenty of cafés, restaurants and public parks within just a couple blocks. Street parking is plentiful and free. Appreciate the luxurious details: real abalone shell tiles in the kitchen, a French empire crystal chandelier in the cathedral-like main living area, reflections from the handmade stained glass on the reclaimed redwood countertops, and custom made casements for antique Victorian windows. The front porch features elaborate trim around the eaves and a circus caravan-style paint job of meticulous detail. The kitchen sink is solid hammered copper and all the interior woodwork is artisan crafted uniquely for the space. Beauty and function meets comfort and sustainabilty. The kitchen is stocked with pans, dish ware, utensils, and essential kitchen appliances. The bathroom features a waterfall shower with limitless on-demand hot water. The tiny house deck invites an outdoor meal or afternoon tea while you gaze at fruit trees and snapdragons. The fireplace area and hot tub are not currently available for guest use. Other things to note The common courtyard garden has a hot tub for permanent residents, which sees occasional clothing-free use. Please respect our privacy, and don't be shocked :)
