This is a 3 bedroom Farmhouse that has been totally remodeled. Private bedrooms and bathrooms, handicap accessible, full kitchen, modern amenities, cozy shared space with fireplace. This farmhouse is located on an 11 acres property that overlooks Little Charlie, an environmental lake. Guests will share the outdoor spaces. It is located just down the road from Carlos Creek winery. The property has ample parking and great views of Little Charlie and private deck overlooking the lake. We will give you space to enjoy your stay in private but we are readily available if you need something. We are just down the road from Carlos creek Winery and not far from Arrowwood Lodge. Alexandria is filled with fun eateries, shopping, and outdoor activities. You will need your own transportation to get around. This Modern Farmhouse is just a part of our full Farmhouse. We do not rent the rest of the Farmhouse when the modern Farmhouse is rented, except for the Honeymoon Suite which is a totally private entrance and does not have any shared spaces with the Modern Farmhouse guests. If additional bedrooms are desired, those can be added onto this base rental.
