Cozy tiny 435 sq.ft. bungalow located right outside of Montreal, at a walking/cycling distance from Longueuil metro station. Two minutes away from the Jacques Cartier bridge by car or bicycle. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is furnished with one double bed, linen, couch, dining room set, stove, fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, TV with Chromecast, dishware, cookware, towels, iron,etc Electricity, hot water and WIFI included. Street parking available. The space Open kitchen and dining room area, laundry room with a basic built-in workspace. Bedroom with a double bed and a walk-in closet. The house has no living room per se but I've adapted a small TV room at the entrance area with a couch and a 32" TV with Chromecast. Nice little backyard with a patio set and an umbrella (from June 1st to mid-October). House entrance must be kept clear from snow during winter months by guest.s. A de-icer product and a shovel are provided, they can be found next to the garbage and recycling bins. There's a take out/delivery restaurant 3 blocks away open until at least 1 am every night (Pizza, fried chicken, subs, salads, fish and chips, etc.). Place Longueuil mall is 4 blocks away (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, post office and a variety of retail stores). The house is located at a walking distance from downtown Vieux-Longueuil and from Longueuil metro station which takes you to Berri station in downtown Montreal in just a few minutes (2 stops). Also walking distance from Longueuil bus station with service to Quebec city and many other destinations. You can get to Saint-Helen's Island (Jean Drapeau park) in about 15 minutes by bike and downtown Montreal in about 25 min. That is, if you don't stop on your way there to take nice shots of the outstanding view of Montreal downtown, the Mount-Royal and the Old Port.
