House is very spacious-light and bright. Oceanside Pier/Beach is 10 minutes away, Camp Pendleton - is about 15 minutes away, Carlsbad Outlets - 20 minutes, MiraCosta College-10 minutes, downtown San Diego-less than an hour away. LA is 1.5 Hours away The space All Common areas of the house are available for your use. The home as well as each bedroom has keyless backlit entry There is also a printer available for your light printing needs. Washer/Dryer on premises can be used for 1 load/week! Fee for additional use. We ask you to remove your shoes before going upstairs and, due to allergies, no pets of any kind are allowed in the house. No Parties, smoking or overnight guests allowed. Fully stocked kitchen with spices, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, Air Fryer, InstaPot, Convection oven/toaster are available for your to use. Just clean it after use and it put back so the next person can use! Second refrigerator located in Garage! Guest access Guests can enjoy the kitchen for light cooking, family room, formal living room and dining room, as well as their own private furnished room. There is a 46" TV in the Family room and a TV will also be available in your room both with access to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ During your stay Owners may be on site but if not, can always be reached by text, email or phone. Other things to note Transportation also may be available for a fee. A late check out fee of $25 will be assessed! In the event we need to place our next guest else where, existing guest will be responsible for all costs incurred.
