Quaint, waterfront tiny cabin in the country with lake view and access of Eddy Bay on Lake Barkley. Boat slip available during stays mid-April through July (request prior to booking). Full service marina with restaurant 2 miles by car or 3/4 mile by boat. Quiet neighborhood on dead end road with 4 homes nearby. 10 miles to Eddyville, KY which has Venture River Water Park, multiple restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, and Mineral Mounds Golf Course. DG store and gas station minutes away. The space 400 sq. ft. tiny cabin with 1 bedroom (1 Queen bed), 1 full bath, full service kitchenette, and living room area with a large sectional sofa and plenty of floor space for an air mattress to sleep additional guests. Front deck with gas grill and patio furniture facing the lake. Guest access Guests have full access of the cabin, yard, and lake waterfront.
