The large balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, offers peaceful side Gulf views. Inside, enjoy plush bedding, freshly laundered linens, two hair dryers, and three smart TVs with cable, high‑speed internet, and WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. A full‑size washer and dryer, high chair, and pack‑n‑play make family stays effortless. For added fun, the condo includes puzzles, games, beach toys, pickleball racquets, and a basketball. The condo and resort are dog‑friendly, and starter sets of soap, shampoo, and paper products are provided. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the entire condo and all resort amenities—two pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, cornhole, basketball, BBQ grills, and a large grassy play area. WiFi is available throughout the condo and property. Maravilla is directly across from a beautiful 2.5‑acre private white‑sand beach. With only four stories, the resort’s low‑density design means more room to relax. Your stay includes two beach chairs and an umbrella, set up daily from March 1 through October 31. Other things to note Dogs are welcome with host approval (age and breed restrictions apply). Dogs are not permitted on the beach unless the guest owns Walton County property and obtains a permit. Guests must follow all owner and association rules. Rented golf carts are allowed and must be registered with the office. Long‑term off‑season rentals available—contact owner for pricing. From May 23–August 8, Saturday‑to‑Saturday stays are required for instant booking; contact owner for alternate dates. Other things to note Dogs are welcome, but require host approval before booking.
