Beautiful, custom built gulf front home in the private gated community of Audubon, this home features a large eat-in kitchen/dining area fully stocked with all necessary amenities, and relaxing living area with large flat screen television. The spacious gulf-view deck off the living room will take your breath away when you realize you have your own private piece of the beach for the duration of your stay! This house is designed with consideration for main-level bedroom and full bath around the corner from the powder room and family game room. Upstairs: You'll love the spacious master bedroom with walk in closet, ensuite bath, and expansive gulf views. Through French doors, the annexed seating room is perfect for a small child who wants to stay near parents and can be closed off for privacy. 2nd master suite upstairs also features king bed. Fifth and final bedroom is also upstairs and boasts two twin beds with trundles, a small desk area and doors leading to street-side balcony. The home sleeps 11 people comfortably. Does not discriminate dog breeds. No parties or events allowed at this location. Occupancy must be observed at all times. Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay. Things to know about our Dauphin Island Rentals: Pet friendly with non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
