All new amenities, with a bright, modern design. This is a carriage house, you can park in the driveway, there is also street parking. This is a private apartment space in a safe and family oriented city neighborhood. We self manage the property and we're usually available if you need anything. The space We are antique and art dealers and collectors, this space shows our love for modern design. We have decorated the space with some furniture and artwork from our personal collection and we hope others will enjoy our pieces. This is our only airbnb property and we are very particular about the quality of the space. We clean and manage the property ourselves and we pay attention to every detail. The bedroom has one queen bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress. We use 100% cotton sheets and we replace the sheets and pillows regularly. We also have a full size airbed available if needed, just let us know. A portable crib is also available if needed. Children are welcome but the space is not baby/toddler proofed. The kitchen is stocked for cooking and some light snacks are available. The bathroom has a washer and dryer. There is a a vintage record player with 50+ albums available - just for fun. For some retro fun there is an old school Nintendo 64 with games available. We're very careful about cleaning and sanitation. All dishes are run through dishwasher on high heat. All linens including the duvet, mattress pad, sofa pillows and extra blankets are washed in hot water after every guest. Cleaning supplies and disinfectant wipes are also available for guests to use if they wish but we never require the guest to do any cleaning before checking out. We're happy to do any wash or cleaning during your stay, just let us know. Guest access The entire carriage house apartment is available for the guests. You can park on the driveway right in front of the entrance. You'll be given a unique key code for the entrance lock. Check in is any time after 3:00 pm. The back yard and patio are yours to enjoy, please do not use the fire pit. Other things to note No parties or events allowed. Please read house rules before booking. Children are welcome but the space is not baby/toddler proofed, there are stairs and an open rail. Airbed and Port a Crib are not stored in the space, please request them if needed.
