Welcome to our Home! This 2 bed 2 bath GROUND FLOOR GETAWAY will not disappoint! The space This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the GROUND FLOOR in the 400 building located at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club in Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit is gulf front. The unit has some nice upgrades throughout the condo. *** Construction notice *** Walkway grinding work will begin in our building on August 28th -30th (taking Labor Day weekend off) and will continue till September 12th on our building. Patio/balcony grinding will begin September 14th - 29th. ***Please note there will be noise during the hours of 8am-5pm during the dates listed above*** *** There will be no access to the patio of our condo from October 18th - 31st due to concrete coatings going down *** Also, want to mention that during the months of September-November construction will continue on the property, the dates listed above are just for our building. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - just bring your food! It features new granite counter tops and back splash. There is plenty of seating for everyone between the kitchen and bar area. The living area is very open and the couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa. The living room TV has been upgraded to a 60 inch flat screen TV. The master bedroom is very spacious featuring a king sized bed, 43 inch smart flat screen tv, small safe for your personal belongings, and a private master bathroom. And don't forget the gorgeous views out the sliding glass doors that lead you to your patio. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, 32 inch smart flat screen tv, and plenty of storage for your personal belongings. There is a full bathroom right outside this bedroom in the hallway. We do have a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Amenities include: 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, private beach access just steps away from your door, tennis courts, fitness room, sauna, steam room, shuffleboard, BBQ grill area, free wifi and cable tv No PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES and must be 25 years old to rent. Guest access You will have access to the whole condo, except 1 owners closet that will be locked. Other things to note Parking fee of $50.00 per vehicle, maximum of 2 vehicles, paid to onsite security guard. Upon booking a rental agreement will be emailed for the guest to acknowledge and sign. There is a security camera located at the front door.
