Beautiful private apartment with home like feel

My place is about 10 minutes from Downtown Harrisonburg and EMU and 15 minutes from JMU's Bridgeforth Stadium and Atlantic Union Bank Center. Come for a great getaway close to many activities but tucked into a quiet neighborhood with scenic views all around. Great for couples, families and remote work! The space The entire basement apartment is yours during your stay. It includes a living area, bedroom, kitchen and full bathroom. An air mattress fits easily in the living area. Pack and play is available as well. There is an outdoor patio area with seating for two for relaxing and a table with seating for four. A Weber grill is for guest use. Spectacular view is included free of charge! Guest access Guests have private entry to living area. The patio is guest’s private space. We have a large backyard which guests are welcome to spill out into for corn hole, bocce ball (both available to use) or anything else. Weather permitting, a fire pit is available with a bucket containing newspapers, kindling and a lighter and plenty of logs. The fire pit and yard are shared with the host/family. Other things to note The patio is entirely yours to use. The back yard and firepit are shared. While we don't have a dog, we do occasionally have our grandpups, a mini goldendoodle (Afton) and a bernedoodle (Kona). We also occasionally have a grandchild, or two or three for a night or two. For the most part, both the dogs and the children are well behaved, but there may be occasion for extra noise, but typically isn't long lasting, and the kids go to bed early.
