A pool table and game area overlooks the Great Room and includes board games for all ages! Second living room with walk-out basement: There is a second living area located downstairs where you can walk out to the downstairs patio and enjoy the hot tub or relax outside. The area features a gas fireplace, a large couch and a 70" TV for movie nights! Outside Area: The patio includes a covered natural gas grill and an outside dining area for up to eight people.
