Another Day in Paradise

The location is prime for the area. You are within walking distance to 47th Street and downtown Cape Coral. Local well established restaurants, bars, stores, shops. Winn Dixie grocery store is across the street. Cape Coral Yacht Club and Beach are 3 miles away, which also houses the amazing Boat House restaurant and bar. Don’t forget the heated pool we have on those semi chilly days. We are located only 20 mins from Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers Beach. Guest access The pool is available and there is a key to access. During your stay I am available by phone, text or email. Other things to note The other bedroom is occupied by an nice older man. His name is Marty. He is very quiet and stays in his room except to come out and eat, get something to drink, etc.
