The Bunkhouse

Welcome to The Bunkhouse! Its rustic space features an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen (that has everything you need), and bathroom downstairs. The beds are located upstairs in the loft. Rural small town, 15 miles from either Lake Palestine or Lake Athens, 30 miles from Tyler, TX, and an easy drive to Canton Trade Days. Only 3 miles away from TX Ziplining Adventure and an array of local wineries around! The space There are (3) queen sized beds, (2) twins, and (1) full size beds all located upstairs. We also have a full size bed as a sleep sofa downstairs in the living room. * We are equipped with WIFI & a tv with a Fire stick. * There is a Pack n Play for infants to sleep in. PLEASE NOTE: this is a “barndominium” attached to our shop. We do have a Livestock Guardian Dog here to protect our livestock and chickens. Guest access You have full access inside the bunkhouse and the area in front of it. Please do not open any gates or go in the pastures. You are welcome to go up to the fence and pet any of our animals through the fence. If you would like to walk the pastures, feed the animals, or go down by the pond please contact the host for permission and access. Other things to note We allow catch and release fishing in our pond but ask that you get permission before heading down to the water. Please contact us for more information. If you are traveling through and need a place to rest your horses we do have room for them at $25/day per horse.
