The space The house boasts 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open concept living/dining with sweeping vaulted ceilings, and a family room upstairs with large flat screen TV, games and pull out sofa. Games include: -Video (Xbox, Mario Bros and Super Mario Bros) - Foosball Table -2 Pinball machines (Lord of the Rings and Police Force) -Pac-man and Dig Dug Arcade machines -Ping Pong in the Garage -Lots of Board Games! *Massage Chair!!* Less than a 10 a minute walk to 1st street beach. Take the wagon loaded up with beach toys and towels! 1.5 miles into town for shopping and dining, 1 mile to hop on the Kal-Haven trail. We have 5 adult bikes and 4 kids bikes for your usage! We have the largest yard in the area. Perfect for the kids to roam, spread out and enjoy some yard games or even set up a slip and slide! Ideal for grilling during the day, roasting marshmallows at night and enjoying your SW Michigan relaxing vacation. Easy access to highway for day trips to the wineries, golf, and nearby town of Saugatuck. You will love the open concept, exceptional natural lighting with views of nature from most angles. It sits on a quiet corner yet close to the shore.
