We have designed this home with "green" in mind, featuring energy-efficient appliances, eco-friendly cleaning products, organic linens, and green paper products. This listing is for a completely private 1 bed, 1 bath home complete with a comfortable living area, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom- with some of Boise's most beautiful parks and the downtown area located close by as well! Our house sleeps 4 on one Queen bed and one sleeper sofa that folds out into a full size bed. The main living area is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating and a cozy dining area. It provides an inviting, comfortable place for your group to sit back and relax. We have fast WiFi and a Smart TV so you can enjoy bingeing your favorite shows or working remotely from the comfort of home! We invite you to prepare home-cooked meals in our kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You'll sleep great in the bedroom's dreamy Queen size bed. Please feel free to make use of the available closet space. There is also a full bathroom and energy efficient on-site laundry access for you. We've also provided two bicycles for you to enjoy while exploring Boise. You may also enjoy the outdoor wonderland of Boise by taking a stroll down the street to the Boise Whitewater Park. You can watch the kayakers practice in the rapids, or walk along the Greenbelt hand-in-hand with your sweetie as you watch the sun rise over the Foothills. We offer the following long term stay discounts: -40% for stays of 30+ days Discounts will automatically factor in to the prices shown on AirBnB. ★For Stays over 29 nights★ Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay. Our policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note We also ask that you keep in mind our house rules: -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts. -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM. We do allow one small to medium dog. Unfortunately, no cats allowed.
