The space This comfortable newly finished space is a lower-level suite with 2 bedrooms (2 beds-a king and double, NOT 4 beds), living room, and bath. This unit does not have a kitchen but you may not need it with the fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks K-cups/Harney and Sons tea, bottled water, disposable dinnerware and a welcome snack basket. Outside features a fire ring in a wooded setting with direct access to the White Pine Trail and a short walk to the Rogue River. Unlimited firewood during your stay. Guest access You have access to the 1.5 acres of this scenic property, including a fire ring with plenty of firewood (no cost). This lower level unit has a separate private entrance with no-contact check-in/check-out. The driveway is paved and is marked with a wrought iron address sign. Coming down the long driveway, you will see 3 marked parking spaces on the right and as you turn right up the hill, 2 more parking spots are available to the right of the garage. On the left side of the garage is a bright yellow door with your personalized welcome sign. You will have an access code to enter the unit Use this code to open this door and come downstairs to unit. Other things to note 15 steps down to the unit. If you love the feel of a quaint small town, you’ll enjoy direct access from our yard to the White Pine Trail and the beautiful wooded walk into downtown Rockford (3/4 mi). Our town is both perfect for couples and families with 2 breweries, a distillery, a downtown manicured park on both sides of the Rockford dam, a bowling alley, arcade, the famous Corner Bar, and Rockford foot Depot Shoe Outlet (Merrill, Chaco, Savigny, Caterpillar, and more).
