The Pulteney Suite is located on the first floor and sleeps two in a queen size bed and also has a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The bathroom is off the bedroom. The galley kitchen is off the dining room which opens to the Living Room. PRICE SHOWN IS PER SUITE PER NIGHT. Built in 1825 and now fully renovated, Park House is just a few blocks walk to Hobart and William Smith Colleges, the restaurants and shops of downtown Geneva, and the picturesque shores of Seneca Lake. While each suite is different, all offer an inviting combination of charm, comfort and convenience. This calendar is for the Pulteney Suite only. It sleeps two in a queen size bed and also has a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The bathroom is off the bedroom. The galley kitchen is off the dining room which opens to the Living Room. Guests have access to the courtyard in the rear of the property. You go into the hallway and down the basement steps past the laundry and out the back door. The door does not lock behind you unless you turn the knob. There are two light switches to the right of the back door. The back gate to the alley has a padlock on it. If you wish to bring your bikes inside to store in the basement while you’re here, the key is hanging from the pipe near the door. We can also help you bring them in. You can park anywhere on the Park, including in front of the church, on Washington Street where signs allow parking and South Main south of the Park. There are no overnight restrictions. Uber is available in Geneva.
