Completely renovated with top quality furniture, appliances and mattresses to ensure that our guests enjoy a cozy stay and a happy sleep and rest. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious, with mountain views and with access door to the terrace where you will find a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and cupboard for pantry. Finally we come to the favorite spaces of our guests: A large living-dining room with lots of light, offers a comfortable area with Smart TV and Netflix, sofa with top quality chez-longue to guarantee rest on your vacation. From the living room we access the jewel in the crown, a large terrace with privileged views of the Mediterranean Sea, which compacts two environments in perfect harmony: a study/work/reading desk vs. chill-out area with sofa and armchairs to enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The apartment offers everything you need to enjoy the good Mediterranean climate in an idyllic atmosphere.We end our tour with a careful and exclusive community area. The urbanization offers different garden areas, paddle tennis, tennis, handball, basketball, gym and two swimming pools to cool off (one for adults and one for children) and sunbathe in a quiet environment.
