Comfortable & quiet suite with private bathroom

Perfect for Aurora State Airport pilots and Willamette Valley wedding party overflow... easy access to I-5 to Portland or Salem. Located 1/2 mile from downtown Aurora, my small home is within walking distance to White Rabbit Bakery & Coffee, Aurora Pub & Restaurant, Pheasant Run Wine Tasting Room, various antique shops & just 2 miles from the Aurora state airport. 30 minute drive to Portland. The owner is generally always present. This is a smoke free home. Do not book if you smoke. The space The small master suite with queen bed is perfect for 2 adults. There is an optional twin bed that can be added to the room. Very nice shared kitchen, living room, and dining room with great views of nature from a covered porch with seating. Guest access You have full access to the house and exterior except for the owner occupied bedrooms. Please clean up your messes and enjoy your long walks off the backside of the property (through the gate pass the chicken coups (no chickens here) and down the hill past the pond (there are ducks and beavers). You can hike past the gate in the back right corner of the property to the river. Please shut and latch all gates (keeps coyotes and raccoons out of back yard). During your stay Ask me anything you'd like. Other things to note My home is a smoke free residence. The backyard has a trampoline enclosed with safety netting. You assume all risk associated with trampoline use by you or family members. My daughters if around are really good with tricks on the trampoline. The house is on well and septic so you shouldn't flush anything that's not biodegradable. The well water is filtered and tastes great from the refrigerator dispenser. Breakfast options are available in the kitchen... help yourself.
