This is a unique cul-de-sac neighborhood or as we call it our suburb in the city with three bedrooms and one & half bathrooms within minutes of Downtown Minneapolis. We are close to everywhere in downtown Minneapolis such as shopping centers, Grocery stores (Cub Foods), Restaurants, the I-94 interstate, the Mississippi river, bus lines, city parks, and public playgrounds. The space After you enter the main door, you will see a foyer with a closet where you store your outerwear and shoes. Then you will inter second door that leads to the main lower level. The main level consists family living room, one bedroom with TV, half bathroom, dining room, and kitchen. The upper level has two bedrooms and both have TV’s with a complementary of Netflix, one full bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. We have a huge fenced backyard that is eight ft high. All the gates are locked for safety and only accessible to the backdoor of the house. We are a family-friendly environment where kids can play in the backyard while parents can relax at the back deck that has comfortable seating. Guest access We have a huge driveway roughly 20 ft wide by 40 ft long that can park up to four cars or a long RV. There is also off-street parking available in our neighborhood.
