The Treehouse is personally managed by your hosts, Brian and Bill, who are known for striking a thoughtful balance between privacy and responsiveness. Their goal is simple: to create a comfortable, well-considered experience so you can fully enjoy your time away. OVERVIEW This inviting cabin features two screened-in porches: a larger main porch for dining and lounging, and a more private one off the bedroom—ideal for quiet mornings or winding down in the evening. Inside, the open living area is warm and relaxed, with a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a loft above. It’s a space designed equally for slow afternoons and easy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, along with a fully-stocked Keurig coffee and tea bar. Upstairs, the loft provides a small workspace and a quiet reading nook. The spacious primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, complete with direct access to its own screened porch. DETAILS Start your day outdoors on one of the two porches. The main porch includes a comfortable seating area and dining table for enjoying meals in the fresh mountain air. Nearby, you’ll find a gas grill and an outdoor firepit with Adirondack chairs—perfect for evenings under the stars. The second porch, just off the bedroom, offers a more private place to relax. Inside, the cabin blends custom craftsmanship with a clean, midcentury-inspired style. The open living space flows into a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedroom features a smart TV and porch access, while the bathroom includes a spacious, spa-like shower with body jets. Stay connected if you need to, with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property—even outdoors—plus a 4K smart TV, streaming services, and a Nintendo Wii game console. Prefer to unplug? There are also board games, cards, and plenty of quiet corners to enjoy. SPACES TO ENJOY Main Porch A comfortable outdoor living space for coffee, meals, or a relaxed evening. The nearby firepit creates an easy spot to gather, unwind, and enjoy the surroundings. Living Room A cozy place to read, stream your favorite shows, or play games, all centered around the warmth of the fireplace in cooler months. Loft A compact upstairs area with a desk and reading nook. (Accessed by an inclined ladder-style stair—use with caution, not suitable for children under 12 or those with mobility issues.) Kitchen Fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and all of the essentials — plus a complimentary coffee and tea station featuring a variety of Keurig pods, gourmet tea bags, coffee syrups, and a selection of sweeteners. Bedroom A bright, airy retreat with a queen bed, high-quality linens, room-darkening shades, ample storage, and direct access to a private screened porch. ADDITIONAL COMFORTS • Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests • Linens, towels, and extra blankets provided • A generous supply of essential supplies is included—paper goods, soaps, and cleaning items PET-FRIENDLY Up to two well-behaved pets (under 45 lbs.) are welcome with approval. A pet amenity basket with bowls, blankets, and wipes is provided. CLEANING & CARE Enhanced cleaning protocols are followed between each stay, with extra attention given to high-touch surfaces. Time is blocked between bookings to allow for a thorough refresh. ACCESS & LOCATION Located less than a mile off Hwy 515, the cabin is easily accessible via well-maintained gravel roads—no 4WD needed. Self check-in is simple with a digital keypad. PLANNING YOUR STAY • 3-night minimum for major holiday weekends and peak fall season • 4-night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or work remotely in a quieter setting, The Treehouse offers a comfortable, well-equipped home base in the North Georgia mountains. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cabin, plus great walking/hiking opportunities around the mountain. Other things to note A NOTE ON MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE Please remember that this is a cabin in the woods. As such, even with frequent pest control service, you may encounter the occasional insect, spider, cobweb or small woodland creature indoors or on the porches. There is no extra charge for this authentic mountain experience. :) PET REQUIREMENTS Our pet fee is a flat $75. Well-behaved pets under 40 lbs. (limit two, must be house-trained and current on vaccinations and flea/tick meds), are welcome UPON APPROVAL. Please include your four-legged friends as pet guests when making your reservation request - and provide name, breed and weight for each pet. For your safety and that of your pet, DOGS MUST BE LEASHED at all times when outdoors. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED. THE GUEST MAKING THE RESERVATION AND ALL GUESTS AT PROPERTY MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER, except for those who are in the presence of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
