A custom PNW Modern new build in a quiet country setting. Tons of space for guests & activities. 20 minutes to U of O. It includes a master bedroom with tiled walk in shower, beautiful polished cement floors & a large porch that overlooks the property. There are 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), bonus room with a sofa bed, and loft area with a futon. Optional sleeping arrangements can be made for more guests just let us know (one couch & room for floor mattresses.) Hosts are on site for questions. The space We love responsible pet owners and pets; and ask that you respect our space by following the pet guidelines for how to enjoy yours in our house. Onsite 4H animals (chickens, 2 dogs (large outside dogs), 1 outdoor cat (that may come indoors but feel free to shew her out), and pigs. Feel free to ask for farm fresh eggs for breakfast! This is our family home, so we will be staying in another dwelling on the premises while you are here. You will have the whole house available to you, with the exception of the garage, and master closet, which will both be locked. The first floor is the main living area. This level includes the kitchen, dining, living room, master bedroom, master bath, full bathroom # 2, and the laundry room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a bonus room (living room #2), full bath and office/loft area. There is another seperate entrance for the second floor in the back. Guest access You will have the entire house, with the exception of the Master Closet and garage, both will be locked . Other things to note Please no smoking and no fireworks!
