Sand Haven - Just Steps to the Sand

As an OC native, I can tell you they don’t make many like Sand Haven. Have a glass of wine on your exclusive, large balcony overlooking your private walk-out onto the beach. Your only regret will be not staying longer. Located on 76th street, close to anywhere you’d want to go. The space One bedroom with French doors and tons of natural light coming in from the beach. The large patio overlooking the ocean is not something you will find anywhere else in Ocean City. Newly renovated bathroom has a walk in shower We live nearby and are in communication with our lovely neighbors. So please be caution of quiet hours (after 10pm) and house rules. Guest access The condo is private and has a washer and dryer in unit. The building has shared BBQ grill, picnic table, outdoor showers and foot rinses for coming off of the beach. Other things to note Freshly laundered sheets and pillows are provided for the master bedroom. If you’ll be using the pullout couch please bring your own pillows and blankets. Sheets are provided. Bath towels are provided (2) but please bring your own beach towels I provide 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
