Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home. You are not sharing the home with anyone else. You`ll also have your own private 1 car enclosed garage and your own private cement driveway. There is plenty of free parking at the home as well. Other things to note CoVid -19 Cleaning And Sanitizing Proedures We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow CDC approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using “Purell Multi- Surface Disinfectant Spray” and other Approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like door knobs, light switches and remote controls. Purell disinfectant spray is advertised to Kill 99% of germs and viruses and is safe to use on food surfaces as well as well as other hard and soft surfaces such as linens. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes. Linens: The default arrangement is that we provide mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters and our guests provide sheets, pillow cases and towels. You will have a washer and dryer in your home that you are welcome to use. In the event that you would like us to provide sheets, pillow cases and towels, we do have a linen option but there would be an additional charge of $39 for the first person and $15 for each additional person.  The price includes sheets, pillow cases and a set of towels for each person.  The beds will be made prior to your arrival.  If you`d like the linen option, please let us know well in advance and we will add that option for you separately. Recreational Passes: You`ll need to purchase Recreational Passes after you arrive for access to the resort amenities.  You don`t have to purchase any passes if you don`t want to - purchase only for those who`ll be using the resort amenities.  Children under the age of 4 do not need a pass.  Also, you can share passes so you only need to purchase based on the MAX number of people in your group who`ll be using the resort amenities At The Same Time.   The passes give you access to all of the resort amenities except golf which is completely separate.  You purchase the passes after you arrive at the Pavilion.   You simply show them a copy of your reservation and purchase with cash or check. Parking:  Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.   At Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available ( including the large parking lot next to the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for Rental Guests to use. Prohibited Vehicles:  Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted.
