The house has two rooms, the 1st is a living room + kitchen, and the 2nd is a bedroom + bathroom. The house sits right on the edge of town, so one can explore Coyote Hole Canyon on foot directly from the house, or walk less than 10 minutes to town. New AC and heating, 200mb WiFi (cityspeeds), 65in 4k TV with Netflix/HBO, and an all new custom kitchen with Bosch appliances. Guest access The house and its property would be solely for your use, nothing is shared. Other things to note The house has two rooms, a living room + kitchen, and a bathroom + bedroom with a king sized bed. Being in a remote location in the Mojave Desert, the house's setting is 'wild' - there can be ants, spiders, flying bugs. Even after 9 years of living here, the desert can be very unpredictable. We do our best to keep pests at bay, with keeping the doors closed especially at night the most important thing on the guest end.
