Wonderful cedar cottage with quaint front porch and beautiful private back yard. Quiet street that has sidewalks and is two blocks from the local university and downtown. Rooms are furnished with brand new beds and linens. Kitchen is up to date with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bathroom has been totally remodeled and also includes new rain shower head. Wifi is available inside the home and also on the 55" TV in the main living room. You will enjoy your stay in our little cottage! You will love our cozy cottage with 3 bedrooms and a open living room and kitchen. Everything is renovated and super clean for your stay. Wonderful backyard with patio! You won’t be disappointed!! The entire home and back yard are available to my guests. I’m always available by phone or text to my guests. Nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the local university, shopping and churches. There is 2 parking spaces in the private driveway . We have contact less check in and check out.
