Guests have access to the entire condo except for an owners lockout closet in the primary and linen closet in primary bath. The building has four levels of garage parking, four high speed elevators, totally enclosed conditioned hallways, multiple indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, Tiki hut with drinks and food in the summer, and ample lounging areas throughout. A free accessible fitness facility is located on the 5th floor along with a paid massage therapist room by appointment. An owner deck and lounge on the 5th floor is not available to guests. VERY strictly administered... Smoking, guest pets, parties are not allowed anywhere on the Property... Your hosts are not in the building but are a phone call away with a full local team to support your unit needs. The building is staffed 24 hours a day and enforce the building rules diligently. Sitting on the ninth floor and looking out over the broad view of the atlantic ocean, beach, boulevard, and city view is a different perspective than we are used to. It's pretty cool that we actually view our old house of 35 years. Very peaceful as well. Our building and condo is not a party destination. It does not tolerate loud, crowds or "parties". It is an upscale, very strictly operated luxury vacation property. We invite you and your family and friends to leisure and relax to take in the beach, sun, nature, local venues, excellent pools and work out facility.
