Comfortable home w/ great location

Very nice comfortable place close to Scott Air Force Base and many hospitals, full kitchen with dining room area, great living room with a 98in TV, comfortable private bedroom with Fiber internet and a desk and access to washer/dryer. The space Split floor plan, updated main level room. Guest access Enjoy the living room, dining room area/Kitchen, shared bath, lower level laundry and covered front or rear porch. During your stay I’m available for any questions if you need anything at all, the furnished bedroom is on the other side of the updated kitchen w/ granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This room is one of the more quiet areas in the house, you probably won’t see me much, or my 1 other roommate that has a room in the basement, very comfortable accommodation.
