Outdoor living Step outside to your private screened-in lanai, where a sparkling pool awaits (heated upon request-fees apply) alongside a cozy fire pit and tiki hut. The full outdoor grill station is ideal for preparing fresh meals while enjoying views of the lush golf course. Comfortable seating areas invite you to linger over morning coffee or evening cocktails by the water. This outdoor oasis offers the perfect balance of entertainment and relaxation, whether you’re hosting a casual cookout or soaking up the quiet coastal breeze. Spacious interiors Inside, the open-concept layout creates a welcoming flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A large living room with a big-screen TV is the perfect spot for movie nights after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen features a massive granite island, modern appliances, and all the cooking basics needed for effortless meal preparation. Sleeping arrangements This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath 2-story home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The main-floor primary suite offers a king bed and spacious en suite bath. Additional bedrooms include a queen suite with a private bath, a room with two queen beds, an upstairs bedroom with two full beds and en suite bath, and another queen suite with its own bathroom. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with quality linens, ample storage, and a restful ambiance to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Perfect for families, friends, and pets The home is dog-friendly with Pre-Approval (limit two dogs & additional fees) and offers conveniences like WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and free on-site parking. Beach access is nearby for sun-soaked afternoons, while the surrounding area offers plenty of dining options, boutique shopping, and outdoor recreation. Please Note -Self Check-in available via Keypad, Keybox or Smartlock - Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required. -Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property. -Pool heat upon advance request. Fee of $40/ daily. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation. -Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions.
