Built in 2001, this 751-square-foot condo is comfortable and well-appointed, offering a gas fireplace in the living room, a fully outfitted kitchen, and a balcony with views that reach Baldy Mountain. Stroll home from the slopes each afternoon to find a number of fantastic community amenities waiting for you, including a large outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and a fitness center. Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 a short walk from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore. Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat. Things to Know There is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building. The desk is in a large covered turnaround directly across from the Breckenridge Brewery. The office is open 24 hours a day. Provide your name and ID (which must match your reservation) to pick up your key card. If you get locked out after hours, return to the front desk - it's staffed around the clock. Call us for questions before arrival. Other things to note Charter Sports Ski Valet and Rental is on-site at the plaza level, downstairs from the front desk. Main Street Station guests receive 30 percent off ski and snowboard rentals - book in advance so your equipment is ready for pickup when you arrive. Call us with any questions.
