The Hideout is a four season, recreational community maintains over forty (40) miles of paved roads and modern central sewer and water systems. Part of the Wallenpaupack Watershed, the community has three main bodies of water commonly used for recreational purposes: Roamingwood Lake (198 acres); Deerfield Lake (25 acres); and Brooks Lake (9 acres). Also located within the community are Windemere Lake (1 acre); Hidden Lake (1 acre); and Big Springs Pond (3 acres). Guests are greeted by our Entrance Pond (3.2 acres) and eventually makes its way down to Lake Wallenpaupack via Ariel Creek. We have plowing contracts but the driveway can be slippery. The primary rental group (3 unrelated adults) shall receive 3 amenity badges automatically within their rental packet. If anyone else in the rental party wishes to have amenity badges, those can be purchased for an additional non-refundable fee at the POA, Tues-Sat8AM-4PM.
