Off the living room is a screened porch that overlooks the water feature in the gardens out to the marina, clubhouse pool, and grotto spa via a spiral staircase. Also on this level is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a shared full 4-pc bath. The third floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The marina front bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a set of bunks, and the third bedroom on this level has a king with an ensuite bath.
