Welcome to a clean, private, and newly-renovated home and large, grassy backyard in a family-oriented neighborhood in West Valley City UT. We are family-owned and operated. Close to the SLC airport (15min), an easy drive to ski resorts, away from the busy city yet still only a 20min drive to downtown. Designed for quality, comfort, and simplicity so you can instantly relax. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Either may incur $100.00 fine or more. NO FIREPLACE USE The space LOCATION: The property is very close 10 - 15 min drive to the SLC international airport and about a 15-20 min drive to the city center of Salt Lake. The property is also within a couple of minutes to plenty of great places to eat and experience including the Great Saltair music venue and Usana Amphitheater. A lot of guests are looking for a place to rest during a layover, or during a road trip on their way along the i80 interstate freeway. We also get a lot of convention attendees. CAPACITY: There are 2 bedrooms: 1) The First room is a beautiful queen Casper brand bed with luxury linens, luxury fresh sheets, and luxury hypoallergenic pillows. Sleeps 1-2 people. 2) The second room has another beautiful and comfy queen Casper brand bed dressed with luxury sheets and linens and great hypoallergenic memory foam-fluff-stuffed pillows. This room is the main room has a beautiful black dresser coat hangers and lamps. Sleeps 1-2 people 3) The couch in the living room can sleep two people as well. It is an IKEA queen size futon or fold-out bed, Super easy to set up, and complete with its own set of sheets and comforter. Fresh hotel-quality sheets and hotel-quality towels and shower gel/soap are supplied. ABOUT THE HOME: The entire upper/ground level of this home is its own private unit and all yours to use, rest and relax as you please. You will use the front/main door of the home and you also have a back French door. There is a vacant separate, private basement apartment unit below yours with its own private entrance on the side of the house. It is incomplete, and therefore vacant so you won’t interact with anyone. A closed and locked (from both sides) door separates the unit you are staying in from the stairs to the basement, making it inaccessible and vice versa. Plenty of parking is available between the driveway and street. - Bathroom with bathtub - High speed fiber optic internet Wi-Fi (250+ mb/s depending on the time of day) - Mugs, plates, utensils, cookware etc. - Warm in winter (central heating) and pleasantly cool in the summer - Walmart Supercenter, and neighborhood market just a 2-minute drive away Kitchen: our kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, kitchen baking tools, rags, scrubbers, coffee maker, Keurig, mixing bowls, etc. Along with that it is a full kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and oven WHAT IS INCLUDED: - fresh towels - fresh sheets - shower gel/shampoo - high speed Wi-Fi - dishwasher with soap - coffee and basic supplies - Keurig with Starbucks Keurig pouches Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs of the home. The basement is a separate private unit, inaccessible, and off-limits. Most of the time it will be completely vacant because it is still unfinished. We do not have any current plans to do construction on the basement but we use it for storage so you may see or hear us walking to/from our car from time to time. Other things to note NO SMOKING. Smoking will be subject to a fine of $100 or more. NO PETS. Pets will be subject to a $100 fine or more. NO FIRES IN THE FIREPLACE (Fireplace fires in this city are now illegal, unfortunately) A few days before your arrival, a detailed check-in guide will be sent to you. Please remember to add all guests to your reservation ahead of check-in. Unregistered guests create added cost and strain on our cleaners and wear and tear to the property. Failure to add guests will incur a $50 per person, per day fee for any unauthorized guests not listed before arrival. Thank you.
