The 3 bedrooms are upstairs, along with the bathroom, shower room, and toilet closet with small lavatory. In a typical European style, the bedrooms are for sleeping; and, as such, are not as spacious as many contemporary American homes. The bathroom features a 5-foot enamel glazed cast-iron tub and single lavatory located in the upstairs hall. The large soaking tub is perfect after a day of hiking or shopping (Epsom salts provided). An Italian-style walk-in shower is located within the master bedroom, as is a single lavatory. Meyer’s hand soap, as well as organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms provided for your use. There are two European-style toilets with small lavatory, located in the hall, both upstairs and downstairs. Guests have access to the entire home through the entrance at the back of the house (with the exception of the fourth bedroom, which is locked and used as owner storage), including several parking spaces. This includes nearly 2000 square feet of living space plus the private deck and grounds. The home, situated on one acre, is located within the city limits of Eureka Springs, just a short distance from downtown, a nice respite from the often noisy bustle during high season. We have free parking on site. There is a trolley stop just one block down on the highway. The home is two-story, which may be challenging or uncomfortable for people with mobility concerns.
