Come visit our riverfront cabin in the woods. Located in a quiet neighborhood off the main road right on on the Washougal River. Sit in the backyard and let nature come to you. Bald Eagles nested nearby fly down the river daily, ducks and geese raise their young on the banks of the river in the spring and there is a year-round run of Salmon and Steelhead swimming by daily. There is a Tesla Charger on site for your convenience. Fully equipped Kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The cabin has a recent remodel to the master bedroom but the main living area retains it's original A-frame charm. Windows surrounding the kitchen, living room and master bedroom provide wonderful natural light throughout the day. Need to work? We have Starlink Satellite, DSL, and 4G LTE based internet services, all integrated into a single -very reliable- high speed internet service, typical speeds around 100Mbit. We also have a robust property-wide WiFi system (even outside, and yes, down on the river). Full access to all spaces except detached garage/shop To access the home, we will provide smart lock and lockbox access. We live nearby in the town of Washougal and are available for any other needs that may come up, but the whole property will otherwise be only occupied by you and your guests. Washougal Mercantile is within walking distance for basic grocery supplies and gas. Just minutes to scenic hiking trails in the Columbia River Gorge, Dougan Falls, Silverstar Mountain and the Washougal Fish Hatchery. There are excellent fishing opportunities down river from the Cabin. Only 15 minutes to the town of Washougal and 30 minutes to PDX Airport. While off the beaten path, it's still close to town for supplies or even Portland if you need a bit of big city excitement.
