Once inside, the foyer opens up into a beautifully updated kitchen, as well as mountain themed living room & dining room. A large flat screen offers entertainment inside, as well as inviting new upscale furniture, as you sit by the main of four wood burning fireplaces or enjoy whole house A/C in warm summers. Just a few steps away, the living room opens up to the first of 3 unobstructed massive view decks that capture the mountains to the Lake, in breathtaking fashion. New patio furniture compliments the exterior experience, maximizing the comfort and relaxation. Also on the main level is the upper master suite, with views of the lake, Cal King bed, fireplace, and a full bath for a private corner of paradise. Moving downstairs, you will find two of the remaining bedrooms; one fitted with a Cal King mattress, and the other with a queen. Situated in the middle of the lower level is a beautiful wood-lined bar and family room, highlighted by another wood burning fireplace. The entertainment doesn't end there, as the end of the lower living level has one of the most complete game rooms imaginable. Pool, shuffleboard, smart Tvs and fun decor make for the perfect place to enjoy time with family or friends. In the game room, there is a queen murphy bed, as well as a sofa bed, which offer overflow accomodations for larger groups. Even when not taking in the scenery or relaxing on the 3 view decks, the beauty of the San Bernardino mountains will captivate guests. No animals of any kind are allowed at this home. This owner has allergies so if we see animals brought, the animal will have to be removed and we will charge $200 for an additional cleaning fee.
