Located on the west end of Panama City Beach, Tidewater Beach Resort offers 636 feet of pristine, gulf front beach property. There are many family friendly activities and amenities for our guests to enjoy in addition to the beach-including 2 outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, a Snack Bar, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, COMPLIMENTARY movie theatre and a video game arcade. The fitness center and 2 indoor Roman Spas look out over the gorgeous gulf. The space Enjoy the spectacular views from our 17th floor unit! Our unit comfortably sleeps 6. This one bedroom, two bathroom floor plan offers a master suite with king sized bed, a bunk area which has a set of twin bunk beds and if you require additional sleeping accommodations we also offer a pull out sofa, which is a queen. The living room and kitchen are open to one another, making the space feel open and inviting. We can pretty much guarantee your favorite spot will be the balcony-as it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf! We strive to provide our guests with as many of the comforts of home as we can. All bed linens are provided as well as a mostly stocked kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, cooking utensils, glassware, plates, bowls, coffee cups, wine opener, can opener, coffee maker, ironing board and iron. We also provide 2 beach chairs that our guests can bring back and forth between the unit. Airbnb does hold a $500 security deposit $100 of which is for the use of the chairs. Once verified that the chairs are in the unit after you're check out, the full $500 deposit will be released via Airbnb. Guest access **PLEASE REVIEW PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION** To check out / check in a luggage cart: First park your vehicle in garage. Luggage cart stalls have been installed on the walkover and the carts will be locked when not in use. All luggage carts must be checked out with a registration cart attendant or security. A cart attendant will be positioned at the north side of the walkover during normal business hours. Please contact Security after hours for assistance. Please note that a driver’s license or valid ID card is required and will be held until the cart is returned. There are no exceptions. During busy times there may be a wait for a cart. Security will assign carts during busy times. Unload items to unit. Return the luggage cart to 2nd floor crosswalk area, check it back in with security. Luggage carts are not allowed inside the units. As noted throughout our listing, every UNIT (NOT PERSON) rental reservation must register and pay the registration fee either prior to arrival or upon arrival. The registration desk is located on 2nd floor lobby by skywalk. If registration is closed upon your arrival you can see security for your parking passes and then you may get your amenities bands the following day. Proper ID wristband are required to be worn at all times while on property. Replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $30. Replacement fee for each lost or stolen owner pass is $5. **This $30 (+ tax $2.10) so $32.10 is in addition to your reservation and must be paid either online or upon arrival. This is not something we can add to your reservation. PARKING All vehicles must display parking passes or a decal. Vehicles without a parking pass or decal are subject to tow at the owners’ expense. 15-minute parking is permitted under the front porte-cochere. Water craft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on premises. No vehicle exceeding 7’2” height is allowed in garage. For the safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of garage. All trailers must be approved by the HOA prior to parking in the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering garage. Other things to note **Please Review** •Tidewater Beach Resort Rules and Regulations state that the MINIMUM Age requirement for a person renting a Tidewater Beach Resort unit must be at least 25 years of age. There are NO exceptions to this rule as it's mandated by the Tidewater association. •The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the Tidewater Beach Resort rental property the entire term of the reservation. •This individual must also show ID & sign acknowledgement of Tidewater Beach Resort Rules and Regulations prior to receiving wristbands and parking passes. • All guests are required to register and pay the $30 (plus $2.10 tax) =$32.10 registration fee per UNIT (NOT per person) with the Tidewater Association. Guests can register in advance/pay online. There is a $1.49 transaction fee for online payments OR • Guests can register upon arrival. GROUND FLOOR AFTER HOURS ACCESS The ground floor front entrance access will be closed from 11:00 pm until 6:00 am. Those seeking access to the building may enter using their RFID wristbands or fobs on all east and west entrances or via the parking garage entrance. Security will be stationed on the second floor during these hours and is available 24/7. -The washer and dryer are available for your use during your stay. We provide 2 complimentary detergent pods and 2 dryer sheets. Due to size restraints our washer and dryer are stackable, please do not overload them. -Peak, in season elevator use is between 4-7PM, please plan accordingly. Additional rules to review per Tidewater Beach Resort: Must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol on property. * “Funneling” of alcohol in public is prohibited. Water balloon slingshots, water balloon throwing is prohibited and will result in evictions/or fines for owner of unit. Skateboarding, rollerblading, hover-boarding and skating are not allowed on property. Throwing or dropping of any item from balcony and walkways is prohibited, will result in eviction/or fines for owner of unit. * Nudity or indecent exposure, in any public or common area at resort, including any area exposed to public view is not allowed. * Violators may be prosecuted. Fireworks and laser pointers are prohibited on resort property. Feeding birds is prohibited on resort property. Climbing or leaning over railing will result in eviction and/or fines for owners. * All items are Prohibited from being hung on: balconies, walkways and windows. The use of any type of grill and hibachi is forbidden. * May result in eviction and/or owner fines. Grills are provided on front of resort on the east side. Vandalizing or destroying property will result in eviction and prosecution for damages. NO SMOKING POLICY We are a smoke-free, vape-free property, including in all common areas (indoor or outdoor), in the units, and on balconies.
