Here at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll be able to walk to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a large workout facility, a sauna, a steam room, a mini-golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Go hiking at the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, tee off at one of the many golf courses in the surrounding area, or spend a day shopping at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), the Silver Sands Premium Outlets (two miles west), or Destin Commons (seven miles west). THINGS TO KNOW No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 10. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
